My ds708 has Kams on the start screen and will not do anything.

Called to fix direct desktop issue had to re-flash the system with a separate sd card. wifi would not come on so I left it on and went about my day at night I remembered and decided to turn it back on to see if i had wifi again and no I did not. I reinserted the re-flash sd card and it went thru the processes again. but it did not ask to reinsert my ds708 sd card it rebooted and has a Kams screen and no longer loads anything. noe even tutning off by holding the power buttonfile: 20150423_000018.jpg -

What shows on screen if you were to unplug the power cord and then restart it up with the SD card removed? Think it contracted some sort of Adware from the internet and froze up. -

As for your case, you need to reinstall DS708 system. Please contact support@autel.com
